The Emails tab in a client's profile provides a paginated list of the emails that WHMCS has sent to that client.

You can access this tab when you view a client's profile at Clients > View/Search Clients.

Excluded Emails

For security purposes, the system intentionally does not record or list the following emails:

  • Automated Password Reset
  • Client Email Address Verification
  • Password Reset Validation

Resending Emails

You can resend emails to the client from this list. You may wish to do this if the client cannot find the original email or if you need to make an adjustment to the email's contents.

To do this:

  1. Locate the email that you want to resend in the list.
  2. Click the Resend icon for that email. The system will load the email into the message editor.
  3. Optionally, update the email content and recipients.
  4. Click Send Message.
