Using Sign-In Integrations
We added this feature in WHMCS 7.3.
Sign-In Integrations is a feature that allows customers to connect popular services with a WHMCS installation for faster registration and sign-in.
This feature currently supports Facebook, Google, and Twitter.
How it Works
When you enable it, the registration and login pages will present Sign Up with and Sign In with options that the user can choose from.
After initially connecting a service, a customer can select the desired service sign-in option. This allows them to log in to WHMCS without any additional passwords.
The Sign-In Integrations feature is not compatible with the Modern or Boxes order form templates.
Configuration
To manage and configure Sign-In Integrations, go Configuration () > System Settings > Sign-In Integrations or, prior to WHMCS 8.0, Setup > Sign-In Integrations.
Services
- Facebook — For information regarding configuring Sign-In with Facebook, see Configuring Sign-In using Facebook.
- Google — For information regarding configuring Sign-In with Google, see Configuring Sign-In using Google.
- Twitter — For information regarding configuring Sign-In with Twitter, see Configuring Sign-In using Twitter.
Disconnecting Services
Customers can view and manage connected services by navigating to Profile > Security Settings within the client area.
From here a user can connect their account with any of the available sign-in services. They can also view any connected accounts and, if they wish, unlink them.
The Sign-In Integrations feature is not compatible with the Modern or Boxes order form templates.
Troubleshooting
Whenever possible, WHMCS will log any errors it encounters using Sign-In Integrations in the Activity Log at Configuration () > System Logs or, prior to WHMCS 8.0, Utilities > Logs.
