Fraud Protection

The following fraud protection services are supported.

• MaxMind - Risk Scoring & Phone Verification Services
• VariLogiX FraudCall - Phone Verification Service
• Telesign - Risk Scoring & Phone Verification Services

Anybody who purchases directly from us will have access to the MaxMind fraud scoring
facility for up to 1000 free order risk checks per month, available from our client
area homepage. There are also discounted rates on phone verification credit purchases

Configuring Fraud Protection

• To setup the fraud protection module you wish to use, go to Setup > Fraud Protection
• Choose the module from the dropdown
• Tick the Enable checkbox and then complete the fields which are different depending on the module
• Then click Save Changes to complete

Note: You can only use one fraud protection module at a time so only tick the enable box for 1
