Common Errors

Blank Response or Connection Error Message

This is commonly caused by the port numbers that the OpenSRS API operates on being blocked by server's firewall. The ports used in communication to the API are 55443 and 55000.

If your server doesn't have PEAR compiled with the required functions in PHP by default then you will may find the module fails to operate entirely. To resolve this, you need to obtain and upload the files from the url below to the /modules/registrars/opensrs/ folder of your WHMCS install.
