Hide Inactive Clients

This page describes a feature available in version 7.7 and above

What is Hide Inactive Clients?

On certain pages, the results provided are automatically filtered to hide any result that are not an active client. This allows the results to be more concise and relevant to the searches being completed. When any results contain inactive clients, a toggle will appear with the number of hidden client results. If no results are hidden, the toggle will show with a 0 count.

Hide Inactive Clients is implemented on the following pages:

* Clients List (Clients -> View/Search Clients)
* Client Product List (Clients -> Products/Services)
* Client Domains List (Clients -> Domain Registrations)
* Client Addons List (Clients -> Service Addons)
* Intelligent Search

What is an Inactive Client?

Any client that does not have the 'Active' status on their profile is seen as inactive for the functionality above.
