WHMCS can automatically run checks on orders to help ensure only valid clients get through and to block any potential fraud. Multiple providers mean you can choose between services, from checking the details of the person placing the order against their billing details down to identity verification.
You can access this feature at Configuration () > System Settings > Fraud Protection.
You can choose one of the following fraud protection services:
- FraudLabs Pro — Order Verification Services (recommended).
- MaxMind — Risk Scoring Services.
WHMCS also supports user identity verification to augment the above services. For more information, see User Identity Verification.
