BitPay is the first and most experienced company in bitcoin payments. BitPay builds powerful tools for secure bitcoin payment acceptance, savings, and spending.
Setup
Begin by activating the payment gateway under Configuration () > System Settings > Payment Gateways or, prior to WHMCS 8.0, Setup > Payments > Payment Gateways. Choose BitPay from the All Payment Gateways tab.
Once activated, you can then enter the configuration details explained below.
API Key
Saving the gateway configuration automatically generates an API Key. Leave this field empty to automatically generate the value.
Click the Generate New Key and Pairing Code button if a new API key is required.
Pairing Code
Saving the gateway configuration automatically generates the Pairing Code.
Click the Generate New Key and Pairing Code button if a new pairing key is required.
Enter this pairing code into your BitPay account in Payment Tools > Manage API Tokens.
Transaction Speed
The transaction speed setting determines how quickly an invoice payment is "confirmed," which would be the status at which you would fulfill and complete the order.
For more information on the Transaction Speeds and what they mean, see BitPay documentation.
Test Mode
Check this to enable Test Mode using BitPay.
When switching between Live Move and Test Mode, click the Generate New Key and Pairing Code button each time.
