WHMCS includes a number of standard order form templates to choose from to provide the best ordering experience for your visitors. To select a template navigate to Setup > General Settings > Ordering tab. This page describes the various templates, for instructions customising them refer to Order Form Templates.

Ajax Cart

Combines the intuitive one-page ajax order form and useful floating summary box with a fully features cart interface. Enables clients to order multiple products in a single order and see the total price update live as they add/remove items and adjust options/addons.

Boxes

The traditional order form template allows clients to order a single domain + product in a 5-step checkout process.

Cart

The cart interface allows clients to configure and add multiple products before checking out to pay in one single transaction. Includes a link to the shopping cart and a 'Continue Shopping' option on the checkout page to allow more products to be added.

Comparison

This visually appealing template allows you to display a comparison table of the different products in place of the regular product listing page and displays country flags for currency selection. It includes an ajax domain availability checker and full checkout page to minimise page reloads. The comparison table is based upon your product description and all products in the same product group will be displayed side-by-side. Items must be listed one-per-line in the following format:

 Attribute: Value

For example:

 Disk Space: 1000MB
 Bandwidth: 5GB
 Email Accounts: 5
 Subdomains: 3

Modern

The Modern order form template is based upon the Slider template detailed below for the configuration and checkout process but displays the products in one go instead of using a slider for initial product selection.

Slider

Uses a javascript slider to select between the different products in a product group and country flags for currency selection. The ajax domain availability checker reduces page reloads during the order process and the order summary is updated instantly as clients change configurable options/addons. Prominently display each product’s quotas based upon your product description and all products in the same product group will be displayed side-by-side. Items must be listed one-per-line in the following format:

 Attribute: Value

 Bandwidth: 5GB
 Email Accounts: 5
 Subdomains: 3

Vertical Steps

Previously named 'default' this allows clients to order a single domain + product in a 5-step checkout process with their progress through the order form highlighted step-by-step.

Web 2.0 Cart

This template features generous use of white space to create a web 2.0-like appearance. Like the Cart interface it allows clients to configure and add multiple products before checking out to pay in one single transaction. Includes a link to the shopping cart and a 'Continue Shopping' option on the checkout page to allow more products to be added.
