How it Works

When you enable it, the registration and login pages will present Sign Up with Xxxx and Sign In with Xxxx options that the user can choose from.

After initially connecting a service, a customer can select the desired service sign-in option. This allows them to log in to WHMCS without any additional passwords.

Warning: The Sign-In Integrations feature is not compatible with the Modern or Boxes order form templates.

Configuration

Enabling Sign-In Integration for a provider requires that you provide WHMCS with API credentials for the given provider.

To manage and configure Sign-In Integrations, navigate to Configuration () > System Settings > Sign-In Integrations (Setup > Sign-In Integrations prior to WHMCS 8.0).

Services

Disconnecting Services

Customers can view and manage connected services by navigating to Profile > Security Settings within the client area.

From here a user can connect their account with any of the available sign-in services. They can also view any connected accounts and, if they wish, unlink them.

Troubleshooting

Whenever possible, WHMCS will log any errors it encounters using Sign-In Integrations under Configuration () > System Logs (Utilities > Logs > Activity Log prior to WHMCS 8.0). You can find explanations for common errors on the following pages:
