Setup
Begin by activating the payment gateway under Setup > Payments > Payment Gateways and choose BitPay from the All Payment Gateways tab.
Once activated, you can then enter the configuration details explained below.
API Key
Saving the gateway configuration automatically generates an API Key. Leave this field empty to automatically generate the value. When changing from Test Mode to Live, empty this field.
Pairing Code
Saving the gateway configuration automatically generates the Pairing Code. Leave this field empty to automatically generate the value. When changing from Test Mode to Live, empty this field.
Enter this pairing code into your BitPay account in Payment Tools > Manage API Tokens.
Transaction Speed
The transaction speed setting determines how quickly an invoice payment is "confirmed," which would be the status at which you would fulfill and complete the order.
