Security questions allow a client to configure an extra level of security on their account by enabling identify verification. For example, when resetting a password, the system will prompt the client to select their security question and enter the answer before creation of a new password.
For information on creating and managing security questions on your installation as an admin, see Security Questions.
Set Up the Security Question
To set up a security question on the client account:
- From the Client Area, navigate to Hello, Name! > Security Settings.
- Select one of the security questions from the list.
- Enter the answer in the text box.
- Click Save Changes.
Update the Security Question
To change the selected security question and answer on the client account:
- From the Client Area, navigate to Hello, Name! > Security Settings.
- Enter the answer for the existing security question.
- Select a new security question from the list.
- Enter the answer in the text box.
- Reenter the answer in the confirmation box.
- Click Save Changes.
