Clients and Contacts/Sub-Accounts are able to customise their Email Preferences from the client area.
 
 
 
Admins can also customise Email Preferences via the admin area. A screenshot of this user-interface is pictured below.

Each check box controls a group or type of emails that a client will receive.
 
 
 
Uncheck a box to stop that email type being sent to the account holder.
 
 
 
By default, a client is configured to receive all email notification types and all contacts are configured to receive no email notifications.
 
 
 
====Email Notification Groups====
 
 
 
The groups of email notifications match those found in Email Templates.
 
 
 
When disabled, a user will not receive any emails sent using those email templates. There are some exceptions for emails that a user will always receive regardless of the email notification settings - these are the Email Verification and Password Reset emails.
 
 
 
Mass Emails will also be disabled for that client depending on the type of [[Mass Mail]] being sent. For example, a 'General' mass mail will not be sent to a client who has chosen not to receive General emails.
