You should setup the package in the usual way (Setup > Products/Services).  Then on the Module Settings tab, after selecting Helm as the module, you will be asked for the Plan Name and Plan ID.  You can find these inside Helm in the Packages area, click the edit icon and then the address bar will show the ID in the URL.

About this Module

The Helm module is only compatible with the discontinued server control panel (not the Kubernetes® package manager).

The Helm module allows you to add and manage Helm servers in WHMCS.

Adding a Helm Server

To set up a Helm server in WHMCS:

  1. Go to Configuration () > System Settings > Servers or, prior to WHMCS 8.0, Setup > Products/Services > Servers.
  2. Click Add New Server.
  3. Select Helm from the menu.
  4. Enter a hostname or IP address, username, password, and access hash.
  5. Click Continue. Additional settings will appear.
  6. Configure the remaining settings.
  7. Click Save Changes.
  8. If this is the only Helm server that is currently in WHMCS, click on the name and ensure that it results in an asterisk (*) next to it. This indicates that it is the default to use when any other non-specific configuration doesn't apply.
