Security questions allow a client to configure an extra level of security on their account by enabling identify verification. For example, when resetting a password, the system will prompt the client to select their security question and enter the answer before creation of a new password.

Set Up the Security Question

To set up a security question on the client account:

  1. From the Client Area, navigate to Hello, Name! > Security Settings.
  2. Select one of the security questions from the list.
  3. Enter the answer in the text box.
  4. Click Save Changes.

Update the Security Question

To change the selected security question and answer on the client account:

  1. From the Client Area, navigate to Hello, Name! > Security Settings.
  2. Enter the answer for the existing security question.
  3. Select a new security question from the list.
  4. Enter the answer in the text box.
  5. Reenter the answer in the confirmation box.
  6. Click Save Changes.
