Adding a Helm 4 Server

  1. Begin by going to Setup > Servers
  2. Click Add New Server
  3. Enter the server name, IP address, select the server type "helm4" from the dropdown menu, and enter the username (Account Name & Login Name for Helm - must be the same) and password for the server
  4. Click Create Server to complete the process and add your new Helm Server

Setting up a Helm 4 Package

To setup a package, go to Setup > Products/Services. From there, you can create your product and configure the pricing and other options as necessary. When it comes to the Module Settings tab, you should do the following:
